DAILY SELF LOVE RITUAL
PART 1 - Repeat out loud 5 times “I deeply completely love and accept myself” while rubbing the acupressure point on your heart with your right hand (in-between your 2nd-3rd rib, left side of chest on your heart). ***Say it like you mean it, smile :)
PART 2 - Breathe into your heart, choosing an elevated emotion (joy, gratitude, love, peace, inspiration etc). FEEL it, smile, bask in this energy and breath it into every cell of your body ~ if you need a hand getting there, activate memories in your body of when you felt that way. Speak out loud 5 times “I Am ______(elevated emotion)”.
PART 3 - repeat “I Am that I Am” 5 times ~ OUT BREATH: “I AM THAT”. IN BREATH: “I AM”
Notes: Do this practice while gazing into your eyes in the mirror. This is a POWERFUL way to start your day! Incorporate it into your morning routine. DO THIS PRACTICE before you paint and if you get stuck while painting. SELF LOVE & SELF ACCEPTANCE are essential keys to our Creative Power ~ LOVE YOURSELF like your life depends on it :)
Completing your painting video
Before you paint: Take some time sitting in stillness gazing at your canvas and just listen. Rotate the canvas each way and sit with it for a while in each of its 4 directions ~ seeing if any images, ideas, inspirations come through ~ you may notice something meaningful to you hiding in the texture and first layer.
While rotating and sitting with your canvas; you may discover that you created your first layer upside down or sideways ;) Remember this is a practice of surrender, trust, letting go and allowing the whispers of your heart to guide you… and follow that pull of inspiration.
