~ Mark Your Calendar ~
As much of the program itself is recorded videos, for the convenience of moving at your own pace and within your own schedule, I highly encourage you to come to our live creation sessions if you are able to! If you cannot attend, don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and available in our online portal within 24hours. Live sessions will be 1.5- 2 hours long.
Friday April 22 - Opening Ceremony - 11am PST / 2:00 EST / 6pm GMT

I recommend setting aside two studio times for yourself each week as we will be painting in layers - your first layer will need time to dry. Depending on your first layer this could be a few hours or longer, sometimes even overnight. Each week is a total of 1.5-2 hours of step-by-step guided video classes, with the option to pause at any point you wish, to spend more or less time on each painting - is entirely up to you and what fits your unique life and schedule. Having your sacred studio time marked off on your calendar, just as you would mark on there an important get together with your favourite person in the world, is a powerful way to build a deeper trust and relationship with your inner artist and Muse. Giving Her that container for connection and complete freedom of expression. Especially if she has been at the bottom of your priority list; I recommend continuing this practice after our course completes :)
*You will have access to this course and all materials for 2 years - and every time I offer this program in the future you will have the option to join for free - extending that another 2 years.

Creative Magic Materials List:
~ Acrylic Paint: I will be demonstrating with Liquitex Basics Acrylic, however ANY brand of acrylic paint is perfectly fine. I like using Liquitex Basics because it is inexpensive, safe to get on your hands (which we will be doing YAY!) and I can give myself permission to use a LOT of paint if I wish to. As this course is focused on cultivating YOUR soul expression, the journey begins now! Choose an acrylic paint and colours that speak to your soul.
Colour suggestions: Titanium White, Unbleached Titanium, Silver, Gold, Alizarin Crimson Hue, Primary Red, Primary Yellow, Bright Aqua Green, Hooker's Green Hue Permanent, Ultramarine Blue, Cobalt Blue, Light Blue Permanent, Violet, Dioxazine Purple, Burnt Umber, Raw Sienna, Mars Black and any other colours that call to you.
~ Gold Leaf & Metal Leaf Adhesive Size. Gold leaf comes in a package of sheets, look for the loose leaf sheets rather than attached to a backing to allow for more freedom. You can choose gold, silver or bronze leaf, whatever metallic leaf speaks to you! Gold Leaf Amazon - Adhesive Size Amazon
~ Modeling Paste Gel Medium (Liquitex or other brand) 237ml. Modeling Paste Amazon
~ 7 Canvases at least 16x20 inches, the larger the better! 24x24 or 24x30 inches or even larger. The shape and size of the canvas is completely up to you, allow your intuition to guide you. For canvas on a budget: Michaels Art supplies sells bulk canvas packs.
~Pallet knife and Paint Brushes: a 3inch pallet knife (preferably metal rather than plastic) and soft synthetic paintbrushes in a range of sizes for small details and large under painting. Student grade synthetic brushes are great and inexpensive! You can get these at most Dollar stores and bulk packages at Michales art supplies. I recommend getting soft to touch synthetic brushes over natural hair or bristle. If you are painting larger than 16x20, make sure you have at least one paintbrush that is 1.5-2 inches wide (filbert or flat style). A teeny tiny brush for intricate gold leaf, and 2-3 sizes in between both flat and round (filbert) shape. Pallet Knife set Amazon

~Spray Bottle for wetting your canvas & blending
Optional materials: tracing and transfer paper for adding gold leaf sacred geometry and symbols to your paintings. Glaze medium of your choice to finish and seal your masterpieces. An easel to paint on: you can purchase an easel for under $30 from most art supply stores. You can also hang your your canvas on a wall to paint on, on the floor or table, or get creative :)
