QUANTUM SELF-HEALING PRACTICE:
This is my personal formula for re-writing reality and the process I shared during our meditation.
Part 1: Ground, clear, centre yourself, ignite the inner sun, and create your loving boundary of light. Connect with and embody your highest self who is leading the way.
Part 2: Expand your energy bigger and bigger into infinite space and merge with All That Is.
Part 3: Name the belief/emotion/pattern you are clearing with this phrase “I clear, delete, transmute __________________ across all time, dimension, space and reality” repeat 3+ times and see/sense/feel this limiting belief/pattern/emotion dissolving. Complete with “And so it is.”
Part 4: Replace/Install the new belief/pattern with these 4 phrases.
- “What would it feel like to _________” repeat 3+times (discover how this new reality feels)
- “What would it feel and be like to KNOW _________” repeat 3+times (embody how this new reality feels)
- “What does it feel like to NOW KNOW _________” repeat 3+times (lock in how this new reality feels)
- “What does it feel like, NOW that _________” repeat 3+times (SEAL in this new reality as already done)
For example:
- “What would it feel like to be enough” repeat 3+times (discover how this new reality feels)
- “What would it feel and be like to KNOW I am enough” repeat 3+times (embody how this new reality feels)
- “What does it feel like to NOW KNOW I am enough” repeat 3+times (lock in how this new reality feels)
- “What does it feel like, NOW that I know I am enough” repeat 3+times (SEAL in this new reality as already done.)

TAKE EXTRA GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF: We are doing some deep soul work here and the energetic shifts that the soul makes; the body can sometimes need a little TLC and time while catching up, be gentle with yourself. As we shed old beliefs and old conditioning sometimes things come up to be released. Allow yourself time to rest, meditate, move, be in nature to connect and ground, sing, dance, play, create! Drink lots of water. Nourish yourself with patience and tender loving self care. Hug yourself, speak words of encouragement and affirmation to yourself ~ YOU GOT THIS!
