MORNING GRATITUDE RITUAL: When you wake up in the morning, before opening your eyes or getting out of bed; place your hands on your heart, take a couple deep breaths and connect with the radiant sunshine of your heart and your Highest Self. Say “thank you, thank you, thank you” over and over with a BIG SMILE on your face. Amplify it and breathe into it until you feel gratitude in every cell of your body ~ you can call to mind memories of when you felt deeply grateful, and/or list all the things you are grateful for and love. *Imagine yourself doing this ritual in your dream future as if you are there now (thank you Deb!). Make an intention for your day. *Pick something in your daily routine, and commit to doing your gratitude ritual before that thing (like drinking your cup of coffee - thank you Laurel!)

Journal prompts:

  1. What do I want/desire? After you have written everything you can possibly think of, ask yourself again “what else do I want/desire” and keep writing. After you think you have written everything, ask yourself again “what else do I want/desire” and perhaps “what have I not allowed myself to want/desire but I actually deeply do want/desire”.

  2. How do I want to feel? What is my highest elevated emotion? If I could pour any emotion into my work so others feel it; what would it be?

  3. What is most important to me? What else is important to me? If I had a magic wand and could change anything about the world, what would it be? If there was a cause that is in alignment with what is most important to me, what would it be?

  4. What moves you? What inspires you? Write a paragraph/short story about when you feel most moved and inspired.

  5. What am I grateful for? (Attitude of gratitude = magic )

CREATIVE CHALLENGE: Commission yourself to create your dream creation - for YOU. There is no rush, allow this to organically unfold for yourself knowing this creation is for you and you alone. Give yourself the permission and freedom to create whatever feels nourishing to your heart and soul that will inspire, elevate and empower you when you look at it. Ask yourself what energy you wish to feel when you look at it, set the intention to visually capture that. Allow yourself complete childlike freedom! (Go BIG if you feel called!).

TAKE EXTRA GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF: We are doing some deep soul work here and the energetic shifts that the soul makes; the body can sometimes need a little TLC and time while catching up, be gentle with yourself. As we shed old beliefs and old conditioning sometimes things come up to be released. Allow yourself time to rest, meditate, move, be in nature to connect and ground, sing, dance, play, create! Drink lots of water. Nourish yourself with patience and tender loving self care. Hug yourself, speak words of encouragement and affirmation to yourself ~ YOU GOT THIS!
