Journal Prompts:

  1. What advice did you receive from your Inner Mastermind during our meditation?

  2. Creative writing practice: Have a written conversation with your highest self and/or your inner mastermind. Ask the questions on your heart, write their answers. Questions can be the 4 core questions of a Creator, what is my why, purpose, mission, service, or anything that is on your heart. If nothing comes you can use the phrase “If my Highest Self (or member of your inner mastermind, example: Buddha) had an answer for this, what would it be?”

  3. Creative writing practice: Give yourself a pep talk - Write a love letter to yourself. What advice, encouragement, inspiration, motivation, self love do you need to hear right now? Write from your Highest Self. If there is something you are struggling with, write that down and then ask your highest self (and/or member of your inner Mastermind) for answers & guidance. You can also imagine writing this love letter to the younger you. Find a moment in your life when you were struggling, questioning or doubting yourself. What would you say to the younger you?

  4. Invitation/Vulnerability challange: Share a piece of this wisdom in an Instagram post (from prompts 1,2,3 above). This can simply be a phrase/quote/piece of what you wrote, advice you’ve received from your Higher Self/Mastermind or you can rewrite in a way you feel good about. It does not need to have any context if you don’t want to share that part, it can simply be shared in the form of a quote. Example “Just a reminder that you got this, you are needed here, you are enough.” If you wish to give some context you could share the struggle and the pep talk: “If you are ever feeling _____, I am here to remind you that ____”. (Your Highest Self speaking). “Something that Ive learned is ___” or “I wrote this love letter to myself, I am sharing here incase you needed to hear this too: ___” etc.

  5. Prep for next weeks class:
    Connect with your Heart and Highest Self and ask; What are my goals? What is the Dream Vision? What are your goals for this next week, this next month, for the next 6 months, year, 5 years, long term. These can be your personal growth goals, your artists goals, career goals, financial goals, dream picture goals. (Look at your answers from the question “what do I want/desire”). These goals can be physical, future based, feeling based, NOW based. Example: Write any and all goals you may have from feeling fulfilled and on purpose to making $____ from your heARTwork in the next year to publishing your oracle card deck - whatever desires you are here to manifest into reality - we are going to anchor in these goals and design our plan of action to achieve them. Allow yourself to dream BIG :)

Reminder…

TAKE EXTRA GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF: We are doing some deep soul work here and the energetic shifts that the soul makes; the body can sometimes need a little TLC and time while catching up, be gentle with yourself. As we shed old beliefs and old conditioning sometimes things come up to be released. Allow yourself time to rest, meditate, move, be in nature to connect and ground, sing, dance, play, create! Drink lots of water. Nourish yourself with patience and tender loving self care. Hug yourself, speak words of encouragement and affirmation to yourself ~ YOU GOT THIS!
