Russ walks us through the Emotion Code Methodology to release trapped emotions of Creative Insecurity for yourself RIGHT NOW :)

 

To muscle test and release any trapped emotions of creative insecurity yourself:

Stand with your feet hip-width distance apart with hands by your sides. Make sure you are well hydrated. If you are getting inconsistent answers you may be dehydrated. Start simple and think of or say out loud LOVE, you will notice your body lean forward as a YES. Then think of hate, your body will lean backwards to communicate NO, its like your body wants to move away from that. Once you feel the difference of a YES and NO:

Ask: Do I have any trapped emotions of Creative Insecurity that are ready to be released?

If you receive a YES, using your hand (or magnets, even fridge magnets will amplify your intention) run your hand/magnets from your brow point along your main meridian (centreline of your head) all the way to the base of your head or to your neck. Doing this 3 times will clear trapped emotions, if you have an inherited trapped emotion passed down you need to do this 10 times. If you are unsure, you cant do too many so 10 times or more is great. You can say this while you are clearing yourself:

 

“I release any and all trapped emotions of Creative Insecurity including and not limited to: inherited, hidden, secret, emotional resonance, psychic trauma, from this lifetime and all lifetimes, across all dimensions of time.”

 

After a few moments you can then muscle test yourself and ask if this is clearing or has now been cleared. 

 

-Drink LOTS of water

-Depending on how deep this is for you, some emotions may arise over the next few hours to few days as these clear and your body adjusts to its new normal. I often get really hungry and tired, have intense or odd dreams, sometimes I FEEL the emotions as they are leaving and need to cry, journal, be in nature. You may feel no processing at all, everyone is different.

The Emotion Code Chart 

You can use this chart, using the same method of muscle testing yourself to release more trapped emotions. Instructions for releasing more trapped emotions:

1. Ask "Do I have any trapped emotions that are ready to be released"

if you get a YES:

2. Ask: "Is this trapped emotion in column A (yes or no), column B (yes or no)."

3. Ask: "Is this trapped emotion in an odd row". If YES, then ask "Is it in row 1, 3, 5" until you get a YES. If you get a YES for an even row ask for 2, 4, or 6 to find the row.

4. Once you find the column and row, do the same thing to ask which of the 5 emotions it is by naming each one in order and asking for a YES or NO. Once you find the emotion you can release it. This is all outlined in the book as well.
