Full Moon Painting ceremony - replay

Grab your acrylic paints (see full materials list below), some beautiful music and set a sacred creation space for yourself to listen and follow along to this guided journey and painting experience.

IN-JOY! So much love to you! Linzy

Materials you will need for this Ceremony:

~ A candle and matches
~ An essential oil of your choice to put into your paint water
~ Sage or Palo Santo if you wish
~ A journal & pen
~ Anything to nourish your senses, water, tea
~ An old toothbrush, for painting ;)
~ A rular
~ Your BIG loving open heart
~ Please create a sacred creation space for yourself for our Ceremony, incorporating anything you feel called to bring, sacred items etc

~ A couple different sized circular objects to choose from, to use as your Moon outline. This can be a container with a round top, a lid, a jar, the round top of your paint tube. This can be ANY size you wish, this will be the size of your full moon. I will be using my paint brush container that is about 3-4 inches across. You can also freehand draw your moon.

~Canvas I will be demonstrating on a 16x20inch canvas, however you can use ANY size or surface you feel called to use!

~Acrylic Paint I will be demonstrating with Liquitex Basics Acrylics, however ANY brand of acrylic paint is perfect!

Colour Suggestions: Gold, Silver, Titanium White, Dioxazine Purple or a dark royal purple, Violet, Ultramarine Blue, Light Blue Permanent, Bright Aqua Green, Mars Black, green.

~ Paper towel or painting cloth... because getting paint on your hands in this ceremony is inevitable ;)

~ Pallet Knife (optional) I will be using a 3inch metal pallet knife

~ Brushes: Soft to the touch synthetic brushes (rather than bristle or real hair) You will need one large brush, size depends on your canvas size. For a 16x20 canvas a 1” brush will be fine. If you are going larger, you may need a larger brush 1.5-2” (filbert or flat style). A smaller brush for details, 0.5" flat/filbert, and a teeny tiny brush for fine details.
